Had a very late night last night! My hubby's new band played their first gig and I danced and laughed with friends the entire night! It was so nice to see all the support they received from friends and family and I know they appreciate it. Today was very lazy for both of us and when i was looking through some Flickr groups I came upon this photo and it just seemed to resonate how we are both feeling today.....of course we don't look quite as cute as these 2 adorable pups. Where Did September Go??

Well I just can't believe an entire month flew by and I haven't had time to Blog! Back to work full time at the school and full time mom will do that I guess. I've been trying to divide my time between exercise and art, which are both things I need, especially the exercise.....and so the time slips away! I tried mountain biking for the first time a couple of weeks ago on the trails out by my home and really enjoyed it (despite the numerous bruises on my legs and sore butt!) I think with my art and jewelry profits I'm going to invest in some of those sexy "padded" bike shorts! It was a tough couple of days! As far as my art and jewelry, I have been playing around out in the studio and staying creative, but find it is definately hard to find a big chunk of uninterupted time in which to actually produce anything worthwhile . I did however make my very first mini-book for a friends birthday which was on Sept. 17th, but since she's been travelling I haven't been able to give it to her and therefore cannot publish the pics on here yet. I had a blast with it and can't wait to blog about it! Until then here are a couple pics of some things I've been playing with!
